Thomas M. Tarpley - Guam Law Firm Profile

   Tom Tarpley has been an accomplished trial lawyer since 1979. Beginning as a Public Defender, and serving two years as a prosecutor of major felonies, Tom went into private civil practice, litigating construction and contract disputes, personal injury including medical malpractice cases, wrongful death, corporate fraud and anti-trust matters, and other complex civil litigation. Mr. Tarpley is admitted to the bars of the State of Washington, U.S. Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Guam Supreme Court, Federal District Court of Guam, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Pohnpei Supreme Court, and the High Court of the Trust Territories. He resides in Guam with his wife and children.
